This MSc is designed for the growing global demand for professionals in investment and financial risk management. Students practise on a virtual trading floor equipped with Bloomberg terminals, which lets them track and analyse live market movements, company performance and financial data. The campus is close to the City of London, one of the world's major financial districts. The course is built to match CISI standards, so graduates can take the CISI Level 3 exam with little extra study, and the structure also supports preparation for the CFA exams. Students take seven core modules and one optional module, and complete either a traditional dissertation or a work-based project for a real organisation.

Entry requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least a 2:2 (Lower Second Class Honours)
- Preferred subjects: business, economics, geography, management or operations research; graduates of other fields are also welcome
- Professional qualifications with 3+ years of relevant experience may be accepted instead
- IELTS 6.5 overall, with at least 6.0 in each component
